Unlock the power of a printed circuit board

The production of printed circuit boards requires a lot of technology. PCBs are getting smaller, while their capacity keeps increasing.

We offer assistance and guidance to ensure that you can maximize the potential of your printed circuit board.

From the initial design phase and first prototype, to production. We're there, every step of the way.

Capability

Electrical products have introduced a variety of printed circuit boards. Each product is unique, and our capabilities define the boundaries of a design.

Design Guidelines

Our design guidelines are developed for an average printed circuit board. Use them as a starting point to produce as efficiently as possible.

Technical Support

Our engineers provide support during the design phase. Together, we ensure that the printed circuit board meets all requirements.

Production & Quality Control

During production, each printed circuit board is meticulously and thoroughly inspected and tested according to the requirements. We ensure that the printed circuit board functions according to the provided specifications. You always receive the highest quality printed circuit board based on the design you provided.

Compliance and Certification

All our printed circuit boards are manufactured according to IPC standards, from base material to silkscreen.

In addition to standard electrical testing and REACH & RoHS compliance, printed circuit boards can be additionally certified. One of the certifications that is possible is UL.

With UL certification, the factory is tested and certified according to specific safety and performance standards. This certification consists of a series of rigorous tests and evaluations, including electrical, mechanical, and environmental tests.

Materials

Each material contains distinct properties tailored to the application in which the printed circuit board is used. At Bellmann, you have the option to choose from various materials such as FR4, aluminum, flex, and Rogers.

FR4 suits most applications, while aluminum offers superior heat dissipation, making it suitable for LED lighting applications. On the other hand, Rogers is used for high-frequency applications like radar.

Our materials always comply with REACH and RoHS regulations.
