Our production process
Standard control and Design Rule Check
When we have received your enquiry we will first verify if the printed circuit board can be manufactured by us. Part of this verification process is the Design Rule Check. If we find any anomalies we will correct them together with you.
A quote in 24 hours
You will receive an offer from us within 24 hours. We will look for the most cost efficient way to manufacture your printed circuit board. A proposal for panelisation is included, if necessary.
Preparation for manufacturing
We prepare your design for manufacturing. The last things are ironed out and if required we will send you the final production files for your approval.
Production, e-tests and micro-section
All printed circuit boards are manufactured according to IPC-A600H II, IPC-A-6012 and IPC-TM-650. During production every layer will be tested on short circuits with the help of flying probe tests, amongst other technologies. Micro-section will take place and the end of the production.
Visual control and shipping
We will generally receive your printed circuit boards with our weekly air freight on Monday or Tuesday. Before we ship out your circuit boards, a final visual inspection takes place at our office.
